If I feel weak and vulnerable, if I have been raised that way, it is easy to fall into the trap of thinking that people around us always know best, even when it comes to our personal life.

I must admit it took me time to realize I was the only one who could think for myself, even if I listen to others with respect.

I do not want to place my personal power into the hands of someone else and then have unrealistic expectations about it, like “He is going to take care of me“.

I feel this is a matter of self confidence and connection to our intuition. What do you think my friend my sister?
