We are our #habits or deciding who we want to be

It has been five years. Five years since I decided to commit to myself because I deserve it. Every morning I stick to a routine, wherever I am, at home, in a hotel or at someone else’s house.

Whatever your habits are my friend my sister, they actually define who you are and the content of your life.

May we choose wisely.

Lastly, choosing habits does not have to be overwhelming. I started doing yoga five minutes every morning. What matters is only one thing: consistency.
